RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICYAll return and/or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sugarcrane is not responsible for lost or damaged-in-transit merchandise, so we recommend using a delivery service that can track packages as well as insure them for the full retail amount. Items received damaged can not be returned or exchanged. Returns: returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. All belts/buckles must be returned in new, saleable condition with its original slip-cloth. Damaged or heavily worn product will not be accepted, and returns missing slip-cloths will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee. Exchanges: exchanges are accepted within 14 days according to the same terms for a return, and can be applied towards a variation of the same item or as payment towards another item. Refunds: refunds will be given in the original form of payment. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable. HOW TO RETURNPrior to sending the item back for return or exchange, please send an email to customerservice@sugarcrane.com for an RMA # along with reason for return/exchange.
